Today, with the aid of modern technology, this method is known as Liofilizacion or Freeze-drying. Building on this age-old wisdom, LYO FOODS was founded in 2020 in the heart of the Mayan world, Guatemala, a region blessed with a tropical climate and diverse altitudes.
